Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. IPTV Stream Crafter PRO is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at martinshorey41@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the United States. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
